Your purchase gives YOU the right to physically stitch out these designs using an embroidery machine. 

These digitized embroidery designs are protected under International Copyright Law & Treaties. The designs and files cannot be sold, duplicated or shared in any way and are for use by the original purchaser/user only.

You may not lend, give or sell the files to anyone else. (Without prior explicit approval)

You do NOT OWN the designs, you own the RIGHTS to stitch out the designs on items for personal use, to sell, and to give away.

The embroidery designs may be used on items to be sold (but not mass produced of more than 100 items) or given away. The digital designs themselves are not to be resold or shared. (Sanity's Crafts & Designs) retains the copyrights to these digital designs.

You DO have the right to change colors and resize up or down by 10% as needed.  Sanity's Crafts & Designs will not be held liable
 for damages or losses incurred as a result of resizing or editing nor for machine damages while stitching any of my designs.
 

You DO NOT have the right to Change or alter the digital designs and then claim them as your own work.
 

If selling items on a website,
please give credit to the digitizer, Shanel Janes, AKA Sanity's Crafts & Designs.
 
If selling an item on a website you can NOT use my photos or pictures, you MUST photograph the item you have made and use
your own.

Sanity's Crafts & Designs has reserved the rights to use and digitize the artwork.

Sanity's Crafts & Designs holds the copyright to all embroidery designs and instructions on this website.

All of the above holds true to free designs digitized and distributed by me, Shanel Janes, AKA Sanity's Crafts & Designs.

Because of the electronic nature of these designs and the possibility to be easily reproduced, refunds are not offered.

If you had a problem with a download, contact me immediately and I will send it to you again ASAP.
